Assist in acquisition and development underwriting with the focus on market research and income analysis where appropriate.
Analyze capital investment opportunities within the portfolio including unit rehabs, redevelopments and other value-added opportunities.
We actively monitor income results on properties in the rehab process to ensure returns on investment goals are achieved, and assist with investor and lender requests as needed.
We monitor update and Budget Control Ledgers for renovation projects, Perform various financial analyses or special projects as needed.
We will actively monitor trends within the assigned markets, which include understanding market specific changes in job and population growth,
economic variables, major infrastructure projects, and other pertinent market-related factors, Complete and maintain detailed analysis of apartments and demand activity as well as single family/condo building activity in all assigned markets.
Represent the portfolio in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintain a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, owners and the general public.
